The former covered-market building known as Upper Campfield Market Hall is a short distance east of its better-known sibling, the Air & Space Gallery of the Manchester Museum of Science & Industry — the erstwhile Lower Campfield Market.

These days, Upper Campfield Market Hall is used for exhibitions and museum storage. It dates from 1882 and was restored in 1885.

In 2017 Design Manchester hosted ‘Design City Weekender’ within this iconic space, filling it with design, craft and workshops. We do not own or hire this venue.
