As a User Experience Designer for a team called One Service Development, Ed Power and his colleagues collaborate with programme making teams in TV, Radio and Events on digital projects, helping them to understand what this means for their programmes and teams. This can be anything from using creative thinking and methodologies, to new digital storytelling methods.
